Fall Running Group

Have the basics of running but need group motivation? Join our Intermediate Fall Running Program! This 8-week program will help you find your love of running, continue to build your endurance, and create lasting bonds with other participants. Beginners are still welcome.

Here are some of the many benefits to running:

7. Helps to create consistency. 

This program is led by Abby Clester, who is a four-time marathoner and two-time ultra-marathoner, and has run too many local races to count.

Halloween Buti Glow

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of yoga, cardio-intense movement, tribal dance, and deep abdominal toning. It models the way energy moves in nature with deep spiral engagement and helps you go beyond “working out” to truly move from within.

Doing Buti Yoga in the black light gives you that awesome club vibe that just pumps you up! Because we are mostly in the dark but glowing, you really feel free to let loose and have a ridiculously good time!

Social Partner Dancing

In this beginner-level class, students will learn the basic footwork for single-count and triple-step swing. How to maintain an appropriate dance frame will be explained and practiced throughout the lesson. This program is designed for partners to rotate in a social dance manner. Leads and Follows are needed. Wear shoes that can slide on floor.

This session will go over the basics from the last event (so new participants are welcome) and build on those skills (progression for those who know the basics)

Outdoor Pickleball Workshop
