Staying mentally, emotionally and physically strong at any age is important, but even more so as we age.  The Y has a range of programs designed to help Seniors achieve their life goals. Senior Days provide community and camaraderie. Senior land and aqua group exercise classes are set at the perfect pace and ability. Our partnership with AARP and Senior membership category makes a Y membership easier to afford. 


Aqua Exercise

Aqua exercise promotes greater mobility, is low impact, contributes to reduced pain and stiffness, increases muscle strength, and is a recommended cross-training exercise.  Because our aqua classes are held in our heated Indoor Pool, you can stick to your exercise routine year-round, no matter what the weather conditions.

The Outdoor Sports Court will be available for Pickleball on Saturdays from 9 am -12 pm, weather permitting.

Group Exercise

Maintain a physically independent lifestyle and enjoy the benefits of regular exercise with our range of classes from low-impact aerobics to chair stretching to whole body workouts to aqua aerobics. Classes are offered  at various times to fit your schedule and biorhythms.
